As an entity applying financial security measures registered in the EU, we are obliged to comply with European and Polish legal acts, in particular:

– Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on preventing the use of the financial system for money  laundering or terrorist financing

Acting as an entity authorized by the National Bank of Poland to carry out currency exchange activities, we have created and implemented an internal procedure for applying financial security measures. In case of exchange transactions above the equivalent of EUR 15,000 (converted according to the average NBP exchange rate from the date of the transaction), we must require the provision of a current document of identity and documents confirming the source of the funds being exchanged. Foreign exchange transactions and low-value transactions combined as a whole are also subject to foreign exchange controls. We invite you to download the “exchange form” necessary for mail order exchange and to get acquainted with and download other important documents.

There is no minimum amount of transaction, which means you can exchange even a small banknote.
